These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zego Warda LLC, doing business as The AI Search Optimizer ("we," "us," "our"). They cover your use of theaisearchoptimizer.com and our services.
1. Accepting These Terms
By using our website, requesting a free audit, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you have the authority to agree for that business.
2. Our Services
We help local businesses get found when customers ask AI assistants, such as ChatGPT, Google's AI results, and Siri, for a recommendation. Depending on your plan, our services may include:
- Monitoring how AI tools describe and recommend your business
- Fixing or updating your business information (name, address, phone, hours, services) where we can
- Creating and posting social media content, including videos, on the platforms in your plan
- Regular reports on what we did and what we found
What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page. We may improve our services over time.
3. Free AI Visibility Audit
The free AI visibility audit is a report on how AI assistants, search results, review sites, directories, and social media currently show your business, with a score and recommendations. It is free and there is no obligation to buy anything. We usually deliver it within 2 business days. We may limit free audits to one per business. The audit is based on what we could see at the time, and AI answers can change from day to day.
4. Plans and Pricing
We offer four monthly plans:

Setup fee. The Flex, Full-Time, and Search + Social + Video plans have a one-time setup fee, charged with your first payment: $299 on monthly billing, or $149.50 (50% off) if you choose the six-month prepaid option. The setup fee is non-refundable (see Section 7). The Team plan has no setup fee.
Six-month prepaid option. You can prepay six months at 50% off the monthly price ($297, $597, $897, or $1,497). The setup fee is also 50% off with prepay: $149.50 instead of $299 (Team setup is free). When the six months end, your plan automatically continues at the regular monthly price unless you cancel.

5. Payment, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Auto-renewal. Monthly plans renew automatically each month, and prepaid plans switch to monthly billing at the regular price after six months. Stripe charges your payment method on file until you cancel.
- Taxes. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply.
- Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause your services until it's fixed.
6. No Contracts, Cancel Anytime
There's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel anytime in the Stripe customer billing portal (link on our website and in your billing emails), or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You won't be charged again, and your services continue until that period ends. The portal also lets you update your card and view invoices.
7. Refunds
Setup fee. The one-time setup fee ($299 on monthly plans, $149.50 on prepaid plans) is non-refundable.
Monthly plans. If you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund your first month's service fee. The setup fee is not refunded.
Six-month prepaid plans. If you cancel within 7 days of your purchase, we'll refund the full prepaid amount (not including the setup fee), and your plan is canceled. After 7 days, prepaid plans are non-refundable. We don't give prorated or partial refunds for unused time if you cancel; your services continue until the end of the prepaid period.
Apart from the above, payments are non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise or we end your service without cause (Section 11). To ask for a refund, email zegowarda@gmail.com or call (810) 407-5090.
8. No Guarantee of Results
AI assistants, search engines, and social platforms are run by other companies, which change how they work without notice. We work hard to improve how your business shows up, but we don't guarantee any specific AI ranking, recommendation, placement, traffic, calls, or sales.
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Give us accurate, current information about your business and tell us when it changes
- Give us the access we need (for example to your social media accounts, Google Business Profile, listings, or website) to deliver your plan. You can remove our access at any time, but some services may stop working
- Review and approve posts and content when we ask, and tell us quickly if something is wrong
- Only give us materials (logos, photos, videos, text) you own or have permission to use
- Follow the rules of each platform we post to for you
- Not use our services for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful
You're responsible for your products, services, and the claims your business makes.
10. Content Ownership and License
- Your materials. You keep ownership of your business name, logo, and everything you give us. You give us a limited license to use them only to provide our services.
- Content we create for you. Once paid for, posts, videos, and other content made for your business are yours to use, including after you cancel.
- Our tools. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, software, audit and report formats, and general know-how.
- Case studies. We will only name your business as a customer or share your results if you give us permission first.
11. Termination
You can end your service anytime as described in Section 6. We may suspend or end your service if you don't pay, break these Terms, or use our services in a way that could cause harm. If we end your service without cause, we'll refund any prepaid amount for time you haven't used (this is the only case where unused time is refunded).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We aren't responsible for actions by AI companies, search engines, or social platforms, including account suspensions, policy changes, or outages.
- We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits, data, or business.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or on our website before they take effect. If you keep using our services after that, you accept the changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
