This Privacy Policy explains how Zego Warda LLC, doing business as The AI Search Optimizer ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit theaisearchoptimizer.com, request a free audit, buy a plan, call us, email us, or use our services. 1. Information We Collect
Free AI visibility audit form
When you request a free audit, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your business: business name, website, and what you sell or the service you offer
- What your customers ask: the three questions customers would type into ChatGPT or Google
- Where you work: the cities or regions you serve, or whether you serve customers nationwide
- Budget (optional): your current monthly SEO or marketing spend
- Social media (optional): which social platforms you use, your handles or page links, how often you post, who posts for you, your goals for social media, and which platforms you'd like us to manage
- Contact details: your name, email and phone number
We also record the date and time you sent the form, your IP address and your browser type, to prevent spam and abuse. We then look at public information about your business (your website, listings, reviews and public social pages) and ask AI assistants about your business to prepare your audit report.
Payments (Stripe)
Payments are handled by Stripe through secure Stripe checkout pages. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as your name, business name, billing email and address, the last four digits and brand of your card, the plan you bought, any promo code you used, and your payment, refund and subscription history.
Phone calls (AI receptionist)
Calls to (810) 407-5090 are answered by an AI receptionist, not a person. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and the AI creates a summary and a message for us. We collect your phone number, what you say on the call, and any details you give (such as your name, business and email). If you don't want your call recorded, please hang up and email us at zegowarda@gmail.com instead.
Emails and follow-ups
We collect what you send us by email or text and your contact details. When you request an audit, we use your email to confirm your request, send your audit report, and send a short series of follow-up emails about the report and our plans. Our email tools may record whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we know whether you received your report.
Business account access
If your plan needs it, you may give us access to your social media accounts, Google Business Profile, directory listings or website. We use that access only to deliver your services, and we may see the content and statistics in those accounts. We ask you to grant access through each platform's own sharing or manager tools; we never ask for passwords over the phone. You can remove our access at any time.
Website visits and cookies
Our website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time). Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Stripe's checkout pages use their own cookies, covered by Stripe's privacy policy. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy.
2. How We Use Information
- Prepare your free audit and send you the results
- Recommend a plan that fits what we found
- Answer your calls, emails and questions
- Provide, improve and report on your services
- Process payments, promo codes and refunds, and manage your subscription
- Send account, billing and service messages
- Send follow-up emails about your audit and occasional updates or offers. You can opt out anytime
- Keep our site and services secure, prevent spam and fraud, and follow the law
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't text you for marketing unless you've agreed to it separately.
3. Service Providers and Sharing
We share information only as needed to run our business, with providers that handle it on our behalf:
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions, promo codes and the customer billing portal (stripe.com/privacy)
- InMotion Hosting: hosts our website and the audit form, and stores audit requests
- Google Workspace and Gmail: email, documents and audit reports
- Marblism: AI agents, including our AI phone receptionist (call recordings, transcripts and summaries) and social media tools that draft and schedule posts
- AI assistants and search tools (such as ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok): when we check how they describe your business. We only enter public business information and your customer questions, never your personal contact details
- Social and listing platforms: when we post or update information for you
- Legal reasons: if the law requires it, or to protect rights, property and safety
- Business transfer: if our business is sold or merged, under this policy
4. Email Choices
Every follow-up or marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. If you unsubscribe, we'll stop marketing emails within 10 business days. We'll still send messages about an active order, your account, billing or service.
5. How Long We Keep Information
- Customers: while you're a customer, and for a reasonable time after for records, taxes and legal reasons.
- Audit requests from people who don't become customers: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Call recordings and transcripts: only as long as needed to handle your request and keep good records, unless the law requires longer.
- Payment records: as required for tax and accounting.
When you cancel, we stop using any account access you gave us. Please remove our access from those accounts as well.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Audit requests are stored outside the public part of our website, and card payments are handled by Stripe. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Wherever you live, including Michigan and elsewhere in the U.S., you can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it (we may need to keep some records for legal or billing reasons)
- Stop sending you marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or contact us)
If your state's privacy law gives you more rights, we'll honor them. Email zegowarda@gmail.com or call (810) 407-5090 to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are for businesses and adults 18 and older. They are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and email customers about significant changes.
