What is the "due today" amount?
It's exactly what Stripe will charge at checkout. On monthly plans it's your first month plus the one-time $299 setup fee. On 6-month prepaid plans it's six months at 50% off plus a half-off $149.50 setup fee. Team has free setup either way.
How does the 6-month prepay work?
You pay for six months up front at half the monthly price. The 50% discount covers both the monthly price and the setup fee, and applies only to the 6-month prepay: setup is $149.50 when you prepay and the full $299 on monthly billing (free on Team either way). After six months your plan continues at the regular monthly price unless you cancel. Stripe's checkout labels the prepaid period as a "free trial"; that's just how it shows the six months you've already paid for.
What if I'm not happy?
On monthly plans, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund your first month's service fee. On 6-month prepaid plans, cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the prepaid amount; after 7 days prepaid plans are non-refundable. The setup fee is non-refundable. Can you guarantee AI will recommend my business?
No one can honestly guarantee that. AI assistants are run by other companies and they change how they work all the time. What we promise is the work: fixing your info, keeping you active and showing you exactly what changed in your monthly report.
How do I pay and cancel?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number. You can cancel, update your card or view invoices in Stripe's customer billing portal, or just email or call us.
